- Representation of a multi-state manufacturer, from contract negotiation through closing, in the sale of its businesses and facilities.
- Representation of a botanical company in the sale of its business and facility, from contract negotiation through closing.
- Qualification of a national telecommunications company to transact business in all 50 states.
- Performance all start up work including formation, preparation of shareholder and operating agreements, store leases and related contracts, and ongoing representation, for a “start-up” retailer with multi-state operations, which developed into the largest dealer for the manufacturer in its industry.
- Representation of a multi-state manufacturer in the public transportation industry in the sale of its business and facilities to an international manufacturer.
