Poff & Weber LLC has a long history serving the legal needs of its clients.
For over 90 years, attorneys at Poff & Weber have been putting their legal knowledge, experience, determination and tenacity to work for our clients’ business and personal success. The firm was founded as Weber & Muth in the 1920s by the father of partner Walter W. Weber, Jr.
As in life, there have been some changes over time: the firm’s name, attorneys and locations. Walter W. Weber, Jr. joined Weber & Muth during the 1950s, at which time the firm became Weber Muth & Weber.
Throughout the name changes and growth of the firm, Walter W. Weber, Jr. and Clinton A. Poff were the guiding forces. The firm name was changed to Poff & Weber LLC in 2008. Today Mr. Poff continues the client-focused, professional values that he and Mr. Weber always held for the firm.
What has never changed in 90 years is the professionalism, integrity, diligence and dedication of the firm’s attorneys in meeting the diverse legal needs of our clients, including estate planning, elder care, residential and commercial real estate, business, banking/financial services and litigation. Today, our attorneys bring over 100 years of combined experience to achieve the best possible solution to each of our client’s legal challenges.
